1. Products

Hidden Hammock Nursery specializes in live plants, tissue cultures, plugs, starter plants, plant accessories, and related products.

Because our products are living organisms:

Each plant is unique and may vary in size, colour, shape, variegation, and growth habit.
Product photos are representative examples and may not depict the exact plant you receive unless explicitly stated.
Minor cosmetic imperfections are natural and should be expected.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or circumstances beyond our control. If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will receive a full refund.

3. Orders

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping information, are accurate before completing checkout.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions before placing an order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on live plants, tissue cultures, plugs, or starter plants.

Questions regarding damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within the timeframe outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Plant Care

Customers acknowledge that live plants require proper care after delivery.

Hidden Hammock Nursery cannot guarantee future plant health, growth, survival, flowering, colour retention, or continued variegation after delivery.

Plant performance is affected by environmental conditions, growing practices, lighting, humidity, watering, fertilisation, and other factors outside of our control.

7. Tissue Cultures

Tissue cultures require specialised acclimation.

Customers purchasing tissue cultures acknowledge that they understand the acclimation process or accept responsibility for learning proper acclimation techniques.

Natural losses during acclimation are an inherent risk and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hidden Hammock Nursery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, and other original materials, is the property of Hidden Hammock Nursery unless otherwise noted.
